🚀 First Round Funding Description – Constructive Curiosity
Constructive Curiosity is raising its first round of funding to accelerate the development and launch of our flagship platform, SpectC, and expand our growing Project Management as a Service (PMaaS) operations.
We’re seeking $150,000–$250,000 in pre-seed funding through a SAFE (Simple Agreement for Future Equity) with a valuation cap of $2.5M–$3.5M and a 15–20% discount for early supporters.
Funding will directly support:
