Constructive Curiosity is a proud part of Sprague Family Company, LLC. We began our journey in August 2022 under the name SFC Consulting, focused on providing strategic career coaching, mental performance, and business consulting services. Our early work laid the foundation for a powerful shift—one that reflected both our evolving mission and the growing needs of our clients.

In 2023, we rebranded as Constructive Curiosity, a name that better captures our dedication to thoughtful innovation, practical execution, and the pursuit of impactful growth. This transformation marked the beginning of a new chapter centered on helping teams and organizations deliver real results through smarter project execution.

Today, Constructive Curiosity operates as both a software company and a service provider, offering:

SpectC, our flagship AI-powered project and release management platform.
PMaaS (Project Management as a Service), a standalone or integrated solution that brings expert project leadership directly to our clients.

SpectC is currently in mid-development and is designed to serve teams managing SaaS or ERP implementations. Supporting Waterfall, Agile (Scrum), and SAFe frameworks, the platform enables configurable workflows, powerful visualizations, and AI-supported execution to streamline delivery across the board.

PMaaS offers immediate project leadership embedded within your team, eliminating the need for lengthy hiring cycles. It can be bundled with SpectC or delivered independently to bring clarity, accountability, and delivery excellence to complex initiatives.

As we continue to expand, Constructive Curiosity is actively raising capital to complete the development of SpectC, scale our infrastructure, and extend our service offerings.
