Our History
Constuctive Curiosity is a proud part of the Sprague Family Company, LLC. Constructive Curiosity began its journey as SFC Consulting in August 2022. Originally founded with a focus on providing strategic consulting services, SFC Consulting quickly evolved, leveraging deep industry expertise to guide businesses and individuals toward growth and success. In 2023, the company rebranded as Constuctive Curosity, reflecting its expanded vision and commitment to fostering personal and professional development. This transformation marks the beginning of a new chapter, where Constructive Curiosity continues to empower clients with innovative solutions and insights that drive meaningful, sustainable results.
Constructive Curiosity’s Founder
Casey has always had a passion for leadership and a calling to serve others. These traits led him to a rewarding career as an Army Officer and Aviator.
At the conclusion of his career, he served in various director positions in the software industry specializing in establishing project management offices and developing methodologies for SaaS implementations.
Casey spends his free time with his wife and four children. He is a published author and poet.
